Biceps :
• Warm up with Barbell Curl 3 sets of 30,25 & 20 reps
• Barbell curl 3 sets of 15,12 & 8 reps
• Hammer curl 3 Sets of 20, 16 & 12 reps
• Preacher curl 3 sets of 12,10 & 8 reps
Triceps :
• Warm up with triceps Push-ups of 3 sets
• Skull Crusher 4 sets of 15,12,10 & 8 reps
• St arm triceps extension 4 sets of 20,16,12 & 8 reps
• Overhead two arm triceps extension 4 sets of 15,12,8 & 6 reps
• Cable kickback 3 sets of 15,12 & 8 reps
